#EdenInspires recognizes employees who go above and beyond

#EdenInspires is an employee recognition program that is designed to acknowledge our colleagues who go above and beyond their everyday responsibilities and represent the ideals of Eden’s Core Values. We are thrilled to announce the winners of our 2019 third quarter #EdenInspires awards.

Marissa Foster and Courtney Vincent, Adult Services – Residential
Marissa and Courtney did what it takes by helping a participant with home care and physical therapy after surgery, since the participant wasn’t able to report to the Day program.

Ernest Twum, Adult Services – Residential
Ernest did what it takes by arriving to his shift early to take one of the participants for blood work. In addition, he helped his supervisor organize and clean the basement, even though he wasn’t scheduled to work.

Victoria Hurley, Clinical Services
Vicky worked together by stepping in for her supervisor who was covering multiple meetings and trainings to ensure all responsibilities were taken care of.

Logan Fowler, The Eden School
Logan showed compassion recently by visiting a student after work hours who was in the hospital, making sure he and his family were doing okay.

Sarah Santin, Adult Services – Residential
Sarah shows compassion to our participants on a regularly basis. Most recently, she visited one of our participants who was in the hospital on her own time. While there, she helped with personal hygiene including shaving and nail clipping.

Megan Criscio, The Eden School
Megan portrayed being true by mentoring new staff before and after school to ensure they were comfortable running programs, and also helped with organizing their books. She continued working with the staff even after her mentor time had concluded.

Congratulations to all our winners, and thank you for all that you do for our participants! Staff can nominate next quarter’s winners on the Eden Staff Matters portal.
