SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT – GROUP

Supported Employment Group are services and training activities provided to participants at local businesses, industry and community settings for groups of two to eight participants. This must promote integration into the workplace and interaction with people without disabilities. Services may include but are not limited to: job placement, job development, negotiation with prospective employers, job analysis, training and systematic instruction, job coaching, benefit support and travel training. A few examples of Small Group Employment Supports are:

  • Mobile crews / crew labor
  • On-site job training
  • Job development
  • Job site analysis
