Eden Autism is pleased to announce three new members to its Board of Trustees, effective July 1, 2025. Madeline Chadehumbe, Andrew Haughwout, Udaya Pillalamarri join eighteen other board members to provide Eden with guidance, leadership, and strategic counsel.
Dr. Madeline Chadehume is Head of the Division of Neurology and Developmental Pediatrics at NeurAbilities Healthcare. Dr. Chadehumbe sits on the Medical Advisory Board of the International 22q11.2 Foundation. She recently received the Penn Pearls Teaching Award from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania and the Diversity Leadership Program Award from the American Academy of Neurology. Madeline was appointed to the Child Neurology Foundation Board and was elected and approved for Fellow of the American Academy of Neurology status. Madeline received her medical degree from the University of Zimbabwe and conducted her pediatric residency at Michigan State University and child neurology residency at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center University. She has triple Board-Certification, specializing in Pediatrics, Child Neurology, and Headache medicine.
Andrew Haughwout, PhD, is Senior Vice President and Leader for Household and Regional Policy at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York’s Research and Statistics Group. His research areas include consumer finance, housing, urban and regional economics and governmental finance issues. Andy received his Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania and his B.A. with Honors from Swarthmore College. Andy’s son, Joseph, is a graduate of The Eden School and participates in Eden’s Adult Day Program. He currently serves on Eden’s Finance and Facilities Committee. Andy has previously served as Chair of the Board of Trustees, Chair of Eden’s Executive Committee, Treasurer for the Board of Trustees, and also served on Eden’s Audit/Risk and Capital Campaign Steering Committees.
Udaya Pillalamarri is Senior Engineering Manager at Google Cloud Observability. In this role, she leads teams that monitor large-scale customer workloads and build new product features leveraging AI. Her background includes full-stack software development and design, with skills in emerging technologies such as prompt engineering. Udaya earned her M.S. in Computer Engineering at Drexel University and a B.S. in Technical Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras.
In addition to welcoming the new members, Eden would also like to thank Rajiv Devulapalli, Scott Kent, and Jeffrey Vamos for their service on Eden’s board as their terms have ended.
