| Dear Eden Families, It’s a pleasure and honor to support Eden’s important mission, especially following last year’s 50th anniversary. Looking ahead, December 2027 will mark my tenth year as Eden’s President & CEO. Following this milestone, I plan to retire in January 2028. While my departure is still two years away, I’m sharing this news now to ensure a thoughtful and smooth transition for our organization. The bonds and relationships with the people we serve, our families, our Board, and my colleagues are some of the things I value most.
