Professional Crisis Management (PCM) Training
Eden employs certified instructors to provide Professional Crisis Management (PCM) training. PCM focuses primarily on prevention before a crisis occurs and employs a “hands on” competency-based training to promote the highest levels of skills acquisition.
PCM offers four levels of Practitioner certification, and you will determine the training level based on your needs. All levels include training in non-physical strategies of Crisis Prevention and De-Escalation. Physical Crisis Intervention and Post-Crisis Strategies are included in the training for higher levels of Practitioner certification.
Successful completion of testing is required for PCM certification. This includes both written and practical exams.
