This week, Eden Autism is celebrating DSP Appreciation Week by highlighting the caretakers who are the heart of our mission.
Every day, our Direct Support Professionals and Community Job Coaches care for, teach, and support men and women with autism. From supporting independence in their homes to providing engaging experiences in the community, DSPs and CJCs are central in the lives of many adults with disabilities. Their dedication and compassion enables those in our community to live fulfilling, productive and engaged lives in their communities, to the full extent of their abilities.
Staff will be receiving gift cards and special shout outs throughout DSP Appreciation Week, held this year from September 11 to September 17. We encourage our Eden community to extend your appreciation to DSPs and CJCs at Eden and throughout the state who work tirelessly to improve the lives of individuals with disabilities.
