#EdenInspires is an employee recognition program that is designed to acknowledge our colleagues who go above and beyond their everyday responsibilities and represent the ideals of Eden’s Core Values. We are thrilled to announce the winners of our FY21 fourth quarter #EdenInspires awards.
Donielle Bridgewater — The Eden School
Donnie did what it takes by stepping in to assist with the annual school BBQ & graduation lunch distribution. She also ensured classrooms had their lunch deliveries in a timely manner.
Emily Chepiga — The Eden School
Emily does what it takes by being dedicated to every student in her classroom. She has assisted when there have been absences in the classroom or EDP, and goes out of her way to ensure that all staff and students are supported.
Joe DiGianni — Adult Services, Residential
Joe did what it takes to get the Cranbury house in preparation for new residents. He brought his own tools over, added cabinet locks and lighting to increase safety, and also took the time to organize several items throughout the home including art supplies, residential binders, paperwork, etc.
Hydia Giddens — Adult Services, Day/Employment
Hydia knows her participants well & closely follows their BSPs to ensure participants have a productive and engaged day. In addition, she did what it takes and went out of her way to personally buy an extra reinforcement as she knew it would make the participant motivated to run programs & follow directions.
Cendrine Joseph — Adult Services, Residential
Cendrine goes above and beyond on a consistent basis with her extra effort to ensure direct contact with her participants is extra pleasant and reassuring to de-escalate challenging moments in their day.
Olivia Raciti — The Eden School
Olivia Raciti does what it takes to support her coworkers & the entire classroom. She was very supportive and would volunteer to work extra days during the hybrid schedule and continue these efforts.
Emily Shipley — The Eden School
Emily does what it takes by providing behavioral support when needed, lends a helping hand during lunches and bus time, and goes the extra mile to build rapport with her students. In addition, she utilizes her experience to coach new staff on behavior reduction techniques.
Victoria Hurley and Ashley McHugh — Clinical Services, Adult Services
Vicky and Ashley worked together with Schalks’ staff by assisting with the morning & afternoon drop-off routine, including showering participants and providing coverage as needed.
Billy Moulden — Adult Services, Clinical Services
While Schalks’ transportation is now being provided by several residences, Billy worked together with staff to provide extra support & assistance with coverage on the floor while participants are waiting to be picked up.
Divya Naidu — The Eden School
Divya works together with other staff and students by being flexible when short staffed, including working in EDP as needed, and stepping up in many areas including giving up time on her lunch break, and helping other staff in regards to program and behavior questions.
Aditi Mankar, Jasbir Kaur and Kahanna Ademu-John — Adult Services, Day/Employment
Aditi, Jasbir and Kahanna worked together through the early periods of the pandemic to get food distributed to the group homes for our home-bound participants. The team juggled vans, shopping, food prep & delivery along with other administrative duties.
Tracy Brown — Adult Services, Residential
Tracy shows compassion on a daily basis by being well-prepared, whether it be household chores, maintenance, community outings, or changing shifts – despite what may be going on in her personal life. The participants at Cedar Court are happy and excited to see her every time they return home; her care and dedication has enriched their lives and is inspiring to all.
Samantha Reddick — Adult Services, Day/Employment
To ensure participants are well taken care of, Samantha shows compassion by learning the needs of the participants in her care, even when subbing at different locations. Thank you, Samantha, for showing how much you care!
Jennifer DaCunha /Joe Ganguzza/ Laura Pollack — Development
Jen, Joe and Laura did what it takes to assist in obtaining difficult to find PPE items, and also helped with reorganizing storage of our PPE.
